Yet another exciting Aussie hop. The Dame of Hops is an Australian bred dual purpose variety. Clean spicy peppery bitterness with great aroma characteristics. Tropical flavours and aromas of citrus, passion and grapefruit. An excellent hop for late additions and dry hopping with high oil content. Perfect for Pale Ales, IPA's, New World Lagers and Summer Ales.
